Workspaces
One workspace per brand: switch or create one, the limits on how many you can own, and what members, admins and owners can do.
A brand is a workspace. Each workspace has its own accounts, its own team and its own plan.
Switch or add a workspace
The workspace menu in the app's sidebar lists every workspace you belong to. Pick one to switch to it. The same menu has Create workspace. The Accounts screen also has an Add a brand button, which creates a workspace and switches to it.
A workspace you create yourself starts with no plan. See Billing and trial.
There are limits on how many you can create. By default, a login can own at most 20 workspaces and can create at most 5 workspaces in 24 hours. The personal workspace made when you first sign in counts toward both.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Member | Use the calendar, queue, compose and accounts screens. |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus the Team page, where you add teammates and see your agent keys. |
| Owner | Everything an admin can, plus change the workspace's plan. |
The Team and Billing screens only appear in the menu for admins and owners. The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Teammates are added as members or admins, never as owners.
Team page
The Team page lists everyone in the current workspace. Admins and owners can add a teammate there; see Sign in and sign up. The page also holds your agent keys.
