Who this is for
Postwyre accounts are created by signing up where signup is open, or by a workspace admin adding you. Each workspace is scoped separately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data and social accounts you connect to Postwyre, for having the right to post to each connected account, for the content you schedule or publish through it, and for keeping your credentials and any API keys you create confidential. Keys can be revoked at any time from the Team page. Connecting a Bluesky account authorizes Postwyre to publish to that account with the app password you give it, only as directed by you or your agent. You can disconnect the account at any time, which deletes the saved password, and you can revoke the app password in Bluesky.
Posting
Posts are sent to Bluesky as you direct, and Bluesky's own terms and rate limits apply to them. A scheduled post goes out within a few minutes of its time, not to the second, and a post can fail; Postwyre shows the reason Bluesky gave. A post counts toward your plan's monthly allowance when it leaves draft.
Other platforms
Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, X, TikTok and YouTube are built but not switched on. When one is, connecting it authorizes Postwyre to publish to that account as you or your agent direct, and each platform's own terms, policies and rate limits apply to what you post there, including Meta's, X's, TikTok's and Google's. You can remove Postwyre from a platform's connected apps at any time and disconnect the account in Postwyre, which deletes the saved tokens. TikTok and YouTube have not approved Postwyre's app yet, so posts to them go out as private and are visible only to you until they do. TikTok also requires the connected TikTok account to be set to private, and Google may hold uploads as private. A platform can refuse or remove a post, and Postwyre shows the reason it gives. X bills the owner of an app for each post. Posts to X through Postwyre's own X app are limited each month by your plan, and a post past the limit is not sent. A workspace can use its own X app instead, and then X bills that app's owner for its posts and the limit does not apply to accounts connected through it.
AI-generated content
No AI feature is switched on today. If one is added, text it generates is produced automatically and may contain errors, so review it before relying on it for a business decision.
